烹調方法：

1. 油炸: 無需解凍直接以170度油炸6分30秒。
2. 煎: 先加油燒熱平底鍋，無需解凍直接放入年糕，每邊以中火煎約2分鍾，加入適量既水(4個約50CC)，然後蓋上鍋蓋，蒸煮約5分鐘。
3. 氣炸: 無需解凍，年糕兩邊掃上適量的油，先以180度炸約8分鐘，然後反轉以200度炸約3分鐘至金黃色。

Best thawing method: No thawing required.

Cooking methods:

Deep fry: Fry directly from frozen at 170 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

Pan fry: Heat up some oil in a pan without thawing the mochi, then add the mochi and fry for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat. Add some water (about 50cc for 4 pieces) and cover the pan with a lid, steaming for about 5 minutes.

Air fry: Without thawing, brush both sides of the mochi with oil. First fry at 180 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes, then flip and fry at 200 degrees Celsius for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
