阿根廷紅蝦刺身 (L1) 

屬阿根廷南部近南冰洋海域的野生蝦類,被捕撈後便立即在船上以零下50度的超低溫冷凍,確保紅蝦在存活時冷卻才可以當作刺身食用,鮮甜的原有蝦味絕不流失。

紅蝦長期於冰凍的海域生長,胺基酸含量較高,因此呈現出橙紅的艷麗色澤,肉質彈牙且鮮甜,清脆爽口。

蝦是一種營養豐富的食物,其肉質鬆軟,易消化,容易被人體吸收。蝦中含有豐富的鎂,鎂對心臟活動具有重要的調節作用,能很好的保護心血管系統,可減少血液中膽固醇含量,防止動脈硬化,同時還能擴張冠狀動脈,有利於預防高血壓等心臟疾病。

產地:阿根廷

重量:普通裝約350-400g,以6隻為準;原盒裝約2KG,約30至35隻。

保存方法:收貨後放在-18°C或以下的冰櫃內,以保持它的鮮味。

最佳解凍方法是將貨品放在0-5°C的雪櫃內自然解凍,最新鮮、品質最為能夠保持。
*特快解凍方法為直接將貨品連袋放在水中解凍

食用方法:解凍後先挑蝦腸,再用食水清洗後即可食用,建議可配日本青芥辣及魚生豉油一起進食;蝦頭可以用來熬湯注意:我們不會幫客人解凍蝦類食物,因過早解凍會蝦頭變黑,賣相不好

Argentine Langostinos (Sashimi) (L1)

This is a type of wild shrimp from the southern region of Argentina, close to the Southern Ocean. The shrimp is immediately frozen at a super low temperature of -50°C on the boat after being caught to ensure that the original sweet flavor is preserved when consumed as sashimi. The shrimp has a bright orange-red color due to the high content of amino acids from growing in the frozen ocean for a long time, and its meat is firm, sweet, and crunchy.

Shrimp is a nutritious food that is easily digested and absorbed by the human body. It is rich in magnesium, which plays an important role in regulating heart activity and protecting the cardiovascular system. It can reduce the cholesterol content in the blood, prevent arteriosclerosis, and expand the coronary arteries, which is beneficial for preventing heart diseases such as hypertension.

Origin: Argentina Weight: Approx. 350-400g for normal packaging, with 6 shrimps as a standard; approx. 2KG for original packaging, with about 30 to 35 shrimps.

Storage: Keep it in a freezer at or below -18°C to maintain its freshness.

The best way to defrost is to let the product thaw naturally in a refrigerator at 0-5°C for the freshest and highest quality taste. *The quickest way to defrost is to place the product in a bag and soak it in water.

Method of consumption: After thawing, remove the shrimp intestines and rinse with clean water before consumption. It is recommended to eat it with Japanese wasabi and fish sauce. The shrimp head can be used to make soup. (Note: We do not defrost the shrimp for our customers as early defrosting may turn the shrimp head black and affect the appearance of the product.)
