食用方法: 先用凍水浸15分鐘，再用開蠔刀打開生蠔。
保存方法: 食用前/後把餘留的生蠔用濕毛巾蓋上並放在0 -5°C的雪櫃內，以保特它的鮮味(建議打開生蠔後立即食用)，保質期最長為三天。

Galway Oysters (from Ireland's west coast)
Oysters farmed or harvested along Ireland's western coast in the Galway area. The unique environment is created by the mingling of Atlantic seawater with the crystal-clear freshwater from the Burren limestone region and the peaty Connemara landscape. This special "merroir" gives the oysters an exceptionally fresh, sweet flavor with rich complexity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Taste profile: Intense oceanic brininess without any fishiness, naturally sweet with subtle mineral notes and a clean, crisp aftertaste.

Texture: Plump, full-bodied meat with a smooth, tender, and succulent mouthfeel.

Origin: Ireland (Galway Bay region)

Direction: Soak the oysters with cold water for around 15 minutes and shuck the oysters by shucking knife

Preservation Method: To keep the oysters fresh, cover them with wet towel and put them in the fridge(0-5 degrees Celsius) . We strongly suggest that the oysters should be served asap after shucking . Shelf Life: 3 days
